The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into effect on May 25th 2018 requiring greater transparency by businesses about how personal data is used.

 

Within our database we store your name, postal and email addresses, your telephone number/s, the name of your employer, your job title and any preferences, (such as dietary requirements), which you may have given to us if you’ve attended an event at our offices. If you are a supplier or sub-contractor who has done work for us we will also have your bank details, National Insurance number, industry qualifications and accreditations and any preferences that you may have given us if you’ve attended an event at our offices.

 

We use this information only for our own business use and do not share it with any third party organisations.

 

The information is retained only to:

  • Make contact with you about current and future business opportunities
  • Send you newsletters or invitations to events

How long will we keep your personal data

 

We do not retain your data any longer than is necessary. If you would like us to delete your data and we don’t have a lawful reason to retain it you can make a deletion request by emailing info@planningmanager.co.uk.

 

How you can access your personal data

 

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data that we hold on you by emailing info@planningmanager.o.uk. We’ll ask you for copies of two types of approved identity in order to process your request (such as a passport and driving licence). You can also ask us to make corrections to data you consider to be inaccurate by emailing info@planningmanager.co.uk.

 

Our website does not require you to input personal data to use it.
